  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within the UAE are:

  • Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 business days
  • Abu Dhabi & Other Emirates: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays, sales events, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may also offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within the UAE.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information (where available) to monitor your shipment.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order cannot be delivered, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and product.
