At our store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and manuals (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personal care and hygiene products that have been opened or used.
- Beauty and skincare products after opening.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Clearance, promotional, or final sale items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
